Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Nomad Money ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The service

Nomad Money provides a travel expense tracking application available on iOS and Android. The App is offered in two tiers:

• Explorer (free): Core expense tracking features, available at no charge with no time limit.
• Nomad Pro ($19.99/year): Adds cloud sync and backups. Billed as an annual subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription management and cancellation is handled through your platform's account settings.

Purchases and billing

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC through their respective platforms. Their terms and refund policies apply to all transactions. We do not process or store payment information directly.

Your data

You own all expense data you create in the App. We do not claim any rights to your financial data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and handled.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for commercial resale or sublicensing without written permission
• Attempt to circumvent subscription verification or access paid features without a valid subscription
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Exchange rates are sourced from third-party providers and may not reflect real-time market rates — they are provided for informational and budgeting purposes only, not for financial transactions. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted service or data retention in the free tier.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomad Money and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or financial decisions made based on App data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
